We ship all our products through Shiprocket courier service, which partners with leading delivery companies across India.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email/WhatsApp notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking ID provided via email/WhatsApp.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us at support@kolkatakami.com with your order ID.
- In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may reschedule or return the package. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, you must provide unboxing video proof and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
